The Role
We're looking for an intern to join the team and help build out PM activities for iCustomer. This is a role where high velocity and a can-do attitude will be of utmost importance. You'll also be well guided but expected to be independent in setting up your deliverables and keeping yourself accountable to them.
What You Will Be Doing
- Market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct user testing and feedback collection to iterate and improve product functionality and usability.
- Analyze user data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience.
- Create user journey maps, guide and high grade documentation
- Create and maintain documentation for the platform, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Support the product owner while working directly with founders and designer in various tasks and projects as needed, gaining hands-on experience in product management practices and methodologies.
Experience & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience in product management, software development, or a related field is preferred.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Big plus if you have built market report and documents summarizing complexities
